2013 Rodeo Queen - Jessica Harston
I’m Jessica Harston, your 2013 Morgan County Sheriff’s Rodeo Queen. During my year of service, I will be working with Sheriff Ana W. Franklin at all kinds of events and festivals. Come January, I will be competing in Miss Rodeo USA Pageant for the second time. Held in Oklahoma City, the Miss Rodeo USA Pageant is part of the International Finals Rodeo. For a little background on me, I was born and raised in Winder, GA. I’m the daughter of Dale and Tonia Harbin who are both Winder natives. A hometown girl, I attend the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) and am scheduled to graduate this coming December with a degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in equine. After graduation, my plans are to become the 2014 Miss Rodeo USA and travel the country visiting rodeos and meeting lots of rodeo fans. My career goals include working in the horse industry and one day, owning and operating a therapeutic riding facility. Follow me on my Facebook page – Morgan County Rodeo Queen , for updates on my year!
